Born in the Philippines and raised in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco, Jack Hadley got his first guitar at the age of twelve. His family moved to Denver, Colorado, where he learned to play music by ear, playing everything from Hendrix to Dylan, unaware that he was learning the foundation of American music, the blues. Jack began performing as a solo artist and played countless shows with other bands as a hired gun. In 2012 Jack became the first musician in the history of the Colorado Blues Society (CBS) to qualify for the finals in both the solo and band categories of the International Blues Competition in the same year. “The St. Louis Sessions” was released in November, 2014 on San Telmo Media. “Daybreak In Alabama - The Langston Hughes Project” was released in 2020.
