Local Gold: The wonderful band Clouds and Mountains made their way into our studios for their first ever live radio session. I suppose you could call this the worldwide radio debut of the new songs from their forthcoming release, possibly called Ultrasound. We spoke with the members of the band about their songwriting process and the musical manifestation of their friendship.
Local Gold: Local Gold features some of the amazing talent right here in Colorado. Over the years we've had the good fortune to have regular visits from Esmé Patterson. Whether she is joined with her friends in Paper Bird or sharing material from her solo projects, it is always a treat to have her on our airwaves. Her latest visit features material from her second solo album Woman to Woman.
Local Gold: Listen to an in-studio performance from Ark Life. Ark Life is an incredible band that formed when a trip through Denver on route to New York turned into a very extended stay. Lodged in Denver and unable to move, the land-locked Ark is staying put gathering some of Denver's best musicians and bringing them on board.
