The one and only, Wayne "The Train" Hancock paid us a visit early one June morning back in 2010 for this studio session with our very own Doc Martin. He may be a little on the young side but we consider Wayne to be a living legend carrying the torch of Classic Country wherever his path may lead him.
RockyGrass Archives 2014: Red Knuckles & the Trailblazers showed up half way through the Sunday evening set of Hot Rize. As Hot Rize relaxed in their luxury tour bus, Red Knuckles & the Trailblazers spread a little Country into the Planet Bluegrass grounds.
Local Gold: One fine Spring Sunday morning, Mollie O'Brien & Rich Moore made their way up to our studios to perform selections from their expansive discography and an unrecorded cover of a Dorothy Love Coates tune. We were excited to have them back live in our performance space.
Enjoy an archive of a live performance from The Wood Brothers. The trio stopped by the KGNU studios during the Afternoon Sound Alternative to play a few songs from their release 'The Muse' and chat with host Barry Gilbert before their shows at The Fox and The Gothic. In addition to playing some beautiful music, the talk about their Boulder roots and Chris Wood's overlapping with Medeski Martin & Wood.
