James Weise show archive and podcasts on afterfm.com. I hail from midwestern and eastern suburbia, making my first adult move to Colorado in 1990. I had discovered how radio can be an art form when I found non-commercial radio stations out east. Moving here, I almost immediately volunteered for KBUT in Crested Butte. Later while at school it was KCSU but since 1996 my DJing has all been at KGNU. In my years here I've hosted Jazz and World and Classical shows. My true love though is the eclecticism I can pursue through the Sound Alternatives. I understand the need for musical genres, I just don't subscribe to limiting myself to one.
